Procedure for addressing the County Commission with issues pertaining to appointed boards.
1. The issue must first be presented to the board to which the issue relates.
2. Should the presenter feel the issue remains unresolved after addressing the board directly, the presenter may address the County Commission in the public comment section of the agenda at a regular meeting. During this time, the presenter addresses the Commission but the Commission is unable to interact with the speaker.
3. If after the issue is addressed in the public comment section of a meeting, should the Commission have jurisdiction in the area of the request, it is at this time the Commission may schedule the issue to be addressed at a meeting.
